If you squint

One of my heroines is a baker. She makes cupcakes that leave me drooling on the keyboard. I am not quite so talented but with my little man turning 6 this week and being mad for all things Star wars, I rolled up my sleeves and gave it a go.

Of course his Pa can't eat egg so it had to be an ice-cream cake!



What do you think? Recognisable?

    I think you don't give yourself enough baking talent!! Will need instructions because I'll likely be requested one of these one of these days!
